Dr. Murray has over 27 years of diverse energy expertise, in the public and private sector, in engineering, national regulatory compliance, policy formation and implementation, business, strategic planning, crisis communication, government and industry affairs, public awareness and engagement, leadership development, training and education, and program management. Further, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, and a Doctorate in Business Administration.
