YPP USA’s annual Symposium will be hosted on May 6-7, 2026 at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott. This gathering brings together industry leaders for our young professionals to learn from, and also encourage the next generation of energy leaders.

We will be introducing a new technical training day in our new expanded two-day experience. The industry-led day of technical training will culminate in our hallmark Symposium program that brings the energy, insights, and connections YPP is known for.
